Unity AI Open Beta: Get started with MCP

Unity AI is now in open beta. In this video, youโ€™ll learn how to use the Unity Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable AI agents to interact directly with the Unity Editor. Unity MCP lets the Unity Editor act as a server, exposing built-in tools such as scene management, script editing, and console access to third party AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Visual Code Copilot, and more. Your third-party AI agent can interact directly with Unity to speed up your workflows. Youโ€™ll also learn how to configure Unity MCP to work with supported tools. ๐Ÿ”— To learn more and sign up for the Unity AI Open Beta, check out: https://on.unity.com/3QJgAY2 ๐Ÿ‘‰ More details in our Unity AI documentation: https://on.unity.com/4ukSqS5 [00:00] Introduction [00:18] Model Context Protocol (MCP) [01:23] Integrating an AI agent [02:53] Tools [03:31] Control Unity from an AI agent [04:17] Fix issues
