You can now use images directly as custom brushes and stencils, making it much faster to add details, patterns, dirt, decals, textures, and stylized effects directly onto your 3D models. Stove is still focused on being a simple 3D modeling tool for low-poly, hand-painted, retro, and stylized game assets, but the painting workflow just became much more powerful. In this video I show the new square brush, custom brushes from files or directly from the clipboard, reusable Stove brushes across projects, and the new stencil painting workflow. I also test everything live by painting stars, using my own image as a brush, and grabbing a real-world brick texture to quickly stamp and blend it onto a model. ➡️ Chapters 00:00 Stove 1.8 Just Changed FOREVER 01:26 The New Brush System 03:30 Creating Custom Brushes 06:08 Saving Brushes Across Every Project 07:46 The New Stencil Painting Mode 10:51 Painting Real Textures Onto Models 13:00 This Changes Texture Painting in Stove ························································ ► Uniday Studio By: Guilherme Teres Nunes
