I'm developing an idle detective game called Desktop Detective, which is the follow-up to my previous project Desktop Defender. Like other desktop idle games such as Rusty's Retirement and Cornerpond, it's designed to run passively in the corner of your screen. The problem is, even if the game window is small, your boss might still see it if they walk behind you. A player in my demo asked if I could make the window transparent, so I added a transparency slider. Now, when you click out of the game to focus on your work, the game can become completely invisible! You might lose track of the game entirely, so I added a taskbar icon to help you find it again.
