Basically it lets you search your entire asset database, including both on and off the unity asset store, and search within all those packages for anything you want. Do you need a Bucket? Just search the database and find all the buckets in all the asset packs you own! This is insanely useful if you, like me, have tons of assets, especially if you have lots of asset packs that you bought on something like a HumbleBundle, you can add those to the inventory and easily search them. Then on top of searching, you can also click to import just that one asset. Meaning you no longer need to import the entire asset pack to grab just one thing, you can just grab individual items, super useful!
