9. Instead of not knowing where my business was going, I built systems for myself. For the first time, I can see what's working before it breaks.
Running a business is hard. You don't have all the pieces of the puzzle, and neither do I. You're still learning, still making mistakes, and that's okay. I hear you. What I've learned is that once you build systems, even for the small things you never thought could be automated, you get back more time than you'd expect..... I'm still climbing, one step at a time.
