This is the first Experiments video, where I show how I actually build with AI. I take a real feature on Balance, my walking-gated RPG, from the idea to a live deploy, using the nine-step workflow I run every day.
The feature is small on purpose, bigger skill icons, so the video stays about the workflow that makes AI coding repeatable. You'll watch it run every step, from the first insight to the post-deploy that writes the changelog and posts the release to Discord. The system around the AI is the whole point.
The full write-up, with the tools I reach for at each step, is on merc.camp for members.
Come build with us.
