Cave Engine 1.6.2 is here with a focused update packed with quality-of-life improvements, stability fixes, and a few exciting new features for 3D game developers. In this release, we take a look at the new Logic Bricks link styles, clearer Property behavior explanations, custom Windows executable icons, and the new built-in progress bar inside the Cave Editor.
Cave Engine is a fast and easy 3D game engine for creating games with Python and Logic Bricks, focused on quick iteration, simple workflows, and indie-friendly development. This update also improves stability, especially on Linux, and continues the work of making Cave easier to learn with localized documentation, release notes, and learning resources available directly on the website.
