In theory, you can keep polishing a project and adding new stuff forever. But at some point, you need to wrap it all up and release the game. When it came to adding deadly spikes to my dream 2D platformer, I decided that this wasn't the most important issue to focus on. Therefore, I settled on an alright (not perfect) option and simply moved on. If you're wondering how to add spikes to your 2D platformer for the third day in a row, don't!
