Bad news: Photoshop sucks. 🤢 Great news: there are alternatives! šŸ˜ ā—‹ Our Website ā–ŗ https://www.kiepska.pl/ ā—‹ Steam Games ā–ŗ https://store.steampowered.com/dev/kiepska-pl ā—‹ Music ā–ŗ Blossom Mountain by MintoDog (CC0) I myself use: ā—‹ Aseprite: 70% of the time. It's a pixel art powerhouse and I love it. ā—‹ Clip Studio Paint: 25% of the time. It's the same or even better in most aspects of digital painting on both PC and Android, at just a fraction of the cost and an affordable perpetual license option. Imo stuff related to symmetry, snapping and manipulating basic shapes could be better, but everything else is amazing. ā—‹ Krita: 5% of the time. I've been using it on and off for many-many years, but I always end up moving on to a different option. Usually it's because I like to have 1000 layers and Krita's optimization isn't that great. But it's a very solid app nonetheless, also available on both PC and Android. And the one-button Wrap Mode is simply unparalleled: whenever I need to design a seamless pattern, I always fire up Krita again. And if you're looking for pixel art software on mobile devices, there's Pixquare for iPad and iPhone (I haven't tried it, but it looks great) and Libresprite for Android (far from perfect, but imo it's the best option available on that platform today). 00:00 - Remember when we thought Overwatch lootboxes were bad? 00:06 - Photosteal 00:22 - The golden retriever of drawing apps 00:31 - When every pixel counts 00:40 - What the hell even was this video...
